The working lab

I don’t just advise on agentic delivery. I run it.

Project Knowledge is the operating surface for a personal portfolio managed with AI agents: work is specified, delegated, reviewed and released through explicit controls. Decisions and intended benefits remain visible.

The lesson so far: managing agents is team management with different constraints—and the differences in accountability, memory and verification cost are exactly where programme discipline earns its keep.
